NEW ORDER & NEW CONDITION for Current Patients Please let Dr. Tomesh New herbal formula will be made for you BOOK This FOLLOW UP SESSION (Patients please have list of all medications typed out, dosage, and prescribed for--this is to cross check if your medications should not mix with herbs) In person, by phone, video. The consult determines the herbs, follow up about pricing + shipping + processing fees. **THIS SERVICE PAYS FOR CONSULT, PRODUTION OF ORDER & SHIPPING OF ORDER**
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in EMAIL/Phone Call within 24 hours & Day of due to Sickness/Medical Emergency/Family Emergency/ Please call and send email with written reason. NO PENALTY for Reschedule, Contact Dr. Tomesh so she can move your booking. Any NO SHOWS will result in Services Booked FULL Amount fee that will be billed to you. After no shows, you will be referred to another acupuncturist in the area. Cancellations day of with No Reschedule results in Full Service Fees of services booked.
